Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests join by scanning a QR code or clicking a short link. Everything works in their phone's web browser - no app download, no sign-up, no account creation needed.
How many guests can play at once?
The Free and Basic tiers support up to 100 guests. The Ultimate tier supports up to 999 simultaneous guests. The system is designed to handle large crowds without lag.
How long does it take to set up?
About 5 minutes. You create your quiz by choosing from 150+ ready-made questions or writing your own, then share a QR code with your guests. At the venue, you just need to open the projector display on a laptop or tablet.
How long does the game take to play?
A typical game with 15-20 questions takes about 10-15 minutes. You can make it shorter or longer by adjusting the number of questions.
What equipment do I need?
You need WiFi at the venue, a projector or large TV or screen connected to a laptop or tablet, and your guests need their phones. We provide the QR code and handle all the technology.
Does it work with slow WiFi?
Yes. The system is optimized for wedding venues with variable internet connections. Guests can vote even with slow connections, and the system handles intermittent connectivity gracefully.
Can I customize the questions?
Absolutely. You can choose from 150+ professionally curated questions across categories like funny, romantic, spicy, household habits, and more. You can also write unlimited custom questions about your relationship, inside jokes, and memories.
How much does it cost?
The Free tier ($0) includes all features with a demo watermark on the projector screen - perfect for testing. The Basic tier is $29 per event with a clean projector display for up to 100 guests. The Ultimate tier is $39 per event with unlimited guests and full theme customization. One-time payment, no recurring fees.
Can I try it before my wedding?
Yes. The Free tier gives you access to all features so you can set up your quiz, test the guest flow, and see exactly how it works. The only difference is a "DEMO" watermark on the projector screen, which is removed when you upgrade.
What languages are supported?
The Ultimate Wedding Game is currently available in English and German.
Who typically runs the game during the reception?
Usually the MC, DJ, best man, maid of honor, or a designated friend. They use the host console on a phone or tablet to advance through questions. The couple sits on stage playing the classic shoe game while the host controls the flow.
Can I use it for events other than weddings?
